  1. RUN
    tired L. Double S. D run 12.52 mi 02:29 11:53 pace

Longest run post surgery. Every step was hard fought, but I did it. (P.S., oh hey Dailymile, long time no see!)

    I hate pavement.

  3. RUN
    great The Hulk 7 mi

  5. RUN
    good 6.2 mi

I'm pretty geeked this trail is actually on the dailymile map. I also wonder why everyone else always says it's 7 miles? Because my GPS gives me about 6.8, and this map says 6.2 But I... read more

good Step Mill. Stair Stepper? Wha... 2.12 mi

2.12 miles to loosen up the legs, on whatever you call the machine that looks like a mini escalator (not a stair master). Then 20 minutes of hip mobility work. Man that stuff never gets easier.

  10. RUN
    good The Hulk 4 mi

After 12 hours of work, including 2 hours of driving back and forth to the gym (work) twice, I didn't want to run. But I ran. On the trail, in the dark. No surprise bear/firework growls ton... read more

Squats are my nemesis-especially weighted squats. As soon as I start to up the weight, my knee gives out every time-front squats, back squats, goblet squats...doesn't matter! Weight + squats = blown knee!
