      yeah? In my case lots of massage and hot before running and ice after. My friend that is a professional runner told me that and it worked.

    My left calf is really really bad. Like a rock! Not sure what I can do. Suggestions?

  6. I ran 45M so far this week. Should I run tomorrow? Or just rest? To rest or not to rest, that's the question!

      I vote for REST! You need a day off besides, I heard a good rule of thumb is to increase your mileage by 10% each week and you have already gone way over that! Take a day off, Harry. :)
