    45 on the elliptical while watching Extreme Couponers (I don't know what stores allow these crazy transactions...my Harris Teeter has some strict rules). Then lifted for about 20 minutes.

    So glad that's done!
    I faced wind gusts of 20 mph, rain, scary dogs, funky Garmin, boredom, and broken water fountains, but I DID IT! (And I found a dime, too). Yay!

    Elliptical for 45 minutes then arm weight machines for about 25 minutes. Keeping the legs fresh for tomorrow's 13 miler!! Yikes!

      So sorry today's run wasn't better. Some days are not as good as others, but not usually this big of a difference. It does sound like you might be coming down with something. I hope not! Get some rest. Maybe tomorrow this will be all behind you.

      Excellent run Hannah! Were you a little stressed? Tension in your upper back/shoulders? It sounds like that kind of a thing. If so, it's all about trying to run relaxed. Easy to say, not necessarily so easy to do.
