      I wondered how you had got on. To be honest, I think that you have set your recovery back by trying to get round the course - although I suspect that I would have done exactly the same thing!

      Sorry to hear about the achilles, Gwyn - good prep to have the emergency bus fare on you for just such an occurrence. Is there anything other that rest needed to sort this one out?

    Ran with Neil's group but 6 of us added a loop near the end. Cooler but still sunny, nice running conditions.
