    Out to i54 again to take in the beauty of the bluebell wood for the second time this week. With Dominic, Emily and Andy Dyall.

    Lynsey, Dom, Kees, Mark Perry (Elvis) and me. Canal north to Stafford Road, back via i54. Nice running conditions, sunny but not too warm.

    Standard route into Arboretum and Lime Pits, back along canal with Anne & Harvey. We didn't feel like doing any more in the miserable weather; cold wind and drizzle.

    Just three of us this evening, Kees, Lynsey and me, so pretty quick pace. Out on SU canal to the Droveway, through i54 and back along S&W canal. The copse in i54 looked amazing, full of bluebells.

      Four seasons in one day today, Gwyn! Sunshine after this morning's frost was nice, but then heavy hail storms too. Glad today was just a core session (indoors) for me!

    Run after work with Harvey. Canal to Meadow View and back along railway. Cold wind!

    Harvey kept stopping to sniff so I had to shorten the route as we needed to go out for Sunday lunch. Stupid dog!

    Just me and Harvey for an easy plod up the canal and back through the Arboretum, after Anne had jetted off to Japan. It will be just the two of us for the next few days.

    Just Rosey and me, as most people were at a pub run. Out on railway to Wightwick and back along canal. Steady 9min/mile pace to protect Rosey's injured leg.

    Reverse of our usual route, Merrions Wood, Barr Beacon, Hayhead Wood, back along opposite side of canal and past the King Arthur.

    A beautiful warm sunny day in Sutton Park. We stopped at the Jamboree Stone for an ice cream and to watch the early runners coming through on the National Road Relays, and give some encouragement.
