    Treadmill this morning, which is ugh but it is SO foggy out there, I was afraid I'd trip on a sidewalk. And, I have to get used to it for the super bad stuff this winter, so better give it a go.

      This is the first time I've ever had a treadmill! The sellers of my house left an old one here. It needs the belt tightened and some adjustments but there is even a small area for it! If it doesn't work, I'll get a better one, but I like the thought of it. Even though I detest them, there are no excuses now!!

      Look up Barry's Treadmill workout - it's a good one! I always have to mi it up with intervals - I actually came out of winter running faster than normal my first year with my TM.

      Shred415 is the same as Barry's! At least, the actually studio is! I will look it up. I tend to run outside unless I can't stand up, but this is going to give me an option I've never had before, so we'll see how it goes!
