      Wow! That's a really good pace for trails! You are in better shape than you thought. Have you read the book "Born to Run"? It talks a lot about the joy of running. Maybe trail running is your "joy" - I'd highly recommend the book. Congrats on a great race!

      I have--I listed to it on CD last winter. And trails are definitely my joy for sure. I would run on a trail every single day if I had one super convenient. The older I get, the less I like road running. I see people living in the mountains and I get so, so jealous. Maybe someday!
