      I think you're right! I started a 40 day challenge to exercise every day for at a minimum 30 minutes. Of course, right when I'm crazy sick! But these germs need to go! Thank you!

      Congrats on the weight loss - it does make a big difference. I lost 20 pounds just a little over a year ago, and it helped alot. I gained 5 back while training for my ultra, so I'm trying to lose that again....

      Yay! Thanks! Yeah, the weight loss is lovely. And WW is amazing. No weird anything, no deprivation, I'm eating well and it's just coming off. I'm excited to see how it goes and how it translates into running.
