    A community/donation yoga class at the Grand Rapids Art Museum that was AMAZING! For a community class, it was seriously hard. We loved it!

    One longer interval on the treadmill was tough but then it was done and I missed being on the treadmill. I like this studio and these classes but I wish it was more treadmill work.
