    First classes at the brand new Dailey Method Eastown. One hour of barre followed by 45 minutes of spinning. My quads were shaking when I was done. Amazing! I am going to love doing this.

    Hamstring wasn't bad during this so that's good. Can't do any type of stretching but the glute work wasn't awful. Good day of working out, even with the mess of a leg right now.
