    Intervals like crazy. Made the time go by quicker which is good as I forgot my podcast I was listening to and the music wasn't cutting it.

      I just made it up. I was just going to an 8.0 speed for 60 seconds, down to a 6.5, up to a 7.0, etc. I tried to keep everything for a minute and do the highest ones once every five minutes. It was similar to a Shred class I went to yesterday except he did that with hills and I did it with speed. And my goal was not not walk, but to just drop down to enough where I was running but could recover without walking. But yeah, I just totally made it up.
