    Ran to and from barre class. Super tough today but I got it done and pretty sure I earned every calorie that is soon to be consumed. Happy Thanksgiving!

      It's crazy hard but man, it's a bazillion percent mental. I signed up for a big race in April and training over the winter might be tricky sometimes. I know I couldn't do like 10 on it but I might need to do more than four here and there. It's just so difficult.
