      Those Orange Theory classes are wicked fun! Brutally hard and WAY too expensive but they are truly fun.

      The first class is free at least but yeah, it's an investment! Shred415 opened by you and it's very similar (just without the rowers) and they're quite a bit cheaper and they have deals all the time that are way more reasonable. But they are seriously amazing classes that are addicting for sure!

      Hahaha--I think you meant this for someone else. I haven't been doing Galloway and I don't have a half next weekend! (although you made me actually check. Do I have a half next weekend? Nope, no I don't. Whew.)

    Yoga sculpt class. Seriously one of the best classes out there. Throw some weights around for an hour in a 95 degree room. You'll sweat!
