    Finally, a run that felt like a run! All this barre is so fun and I love it but man, it does impede the running side of things. Spectacular October morning today!

    Third time running this race and the best time by minutes. It was rainy and humid and gross but it was just a day for moving well. This one is just hill after hill. Loved it!
