  1. RUN
    25/5 11.68 mi 02:00 10:16 pace

Cramming in as many miles like studying for a test. Hope same logic applies.

  2. RUN
    25/5 6.16 mi 01:00 09:44 pace

25/5. 30 days until 50k. Like Smokey and Bandit- Long way to go and short time to get there.

  3. RUN
    25/5. 6.02 mi 01:00 09:58 pace

Planned on going slow. Got passed and then smartly decided to chase. This lead me to a 7:45 mile which was definitely outside of the plan. Well, I really don't ever have a running plan. 50k in... read more

  4. Along time since on DM. Haven't run much in last 12 months. Solved that by signing up for 50k occurs on May 2. Brilliant move on my part I'm sure. Ready to suffer.

  5. RUN
    11.85 mi 02:00 10:07 pace

Good 2 hour run. 25/5 ultra pace. Finally got ride of zero miles for the week.

  6. FIT

Hour on elip then light weights. Much overdue workout. May try to sneak second one in tonight.

Uh oh! You got me. That was all a ploy to get you to change your name to Gary. Is it working yet? Kidding. Sorry about that. :0

You have my respect for hitting the elip for that long! About the only thing I've ever done on one is hurt my knee.

  8. RUN
    6.2 mi 00:55 08:52 pace

Dehydrated/full stomach 10k. 25/5. Train in worst conditions. Race in optimal. My flawed logic running plan.

  9. RUN
    8.7 mi 01:30 10:20 pace

25/5 ultra training. First run in 11 days. Planned on only running 6 but felt pretty good.

  10. FIT

    Elip and weights.

  11. #dailymission You know you are a runner when you are writing your DailyMile post in your head in the middle of a race. It often motivates me bc I don't want to embarrass myself on DM.

  12. RUN
    13.1 mi 01:46 08:04 pace

To say I am thrilled would be an understatement. Honestly thought perfect race would get me right at 1:50. Got stronger the longer the race went on. Long live the 12 miles a week training plan!!! :)
