    Did the Tarheel 10 Miler for the first time! Lauren Hill Challenge was a morale crusher. Lauren Hill should be called Heartbreak Hill. All-in-all it was a blast!

    I should do a playlist with one song that repeats itself over and over. Whenever I play "Lose Yourself", it pumps me up and the time flies by.

      I was training for the Tar Heel 10 miler coming up in April, but had an Exchange debacle that had me tied down for a few days. Uugh!

      Hoping to get out there tonight and do 3 or 4.
