      Great plan, Gil....I've been training using Maffetone plan for over 12 years, other LHR plans before that. it works, keeping you as healthy as possibly, yet you race well, too. After several months of "just" LHR training, add in a tempo day and you'll do great.

      Oh how I miss trail running I love being in town so that I can commute more on my bike here but I have to go pretty far to get on a trail.
