    I had my right peroneal tendon repair today. The good news is that the tendon was at least 50% intact so the surgeon fixed it up. The bad news is no running for a few months.

    Ankle surgery scheduled on Monday. I'm not looking forward to immobility afterwards so I jogged in place in front of Netflix for 10 min.

    Since I can't run while awaiting surgery for a torn tendon in my ankle, I'll be focusing on strength. I'll do 100 push-ups a day plus whatever I can fit in.

      Probably split tear in peroneal tendon. Waiting for MRI confirmation, then probable surgical repair. If I'm lucky, I'll resume running in the fall. Crutches and cast, here I come.
