    Madison Mini Marathon 13.12 mi

    Humidity was 98% at the start. Took it slooooow as it was all about the finish. Glad to get a half this year!

      bloody nipples suck. I use waterproof bandaids. they have small round ones that are hardly noticeable even if you took your shirt off......which i would never do :-)

      @Ken - I tried everything over the years. Really only an issue on long runs in the rain. Finally found this tape used in hospitals - works perfect. Forgot on this run.
