      It takes me almost 2 hours to get ready for a long run - a light sandwich 2 hours before, then water and OJ until I'm hydrated, then out for a run.

    Felt difficult to run today. Body did not want to move. Oh well, tomorrow will be better.

      Yeah, it will be. Maybe gravity was stronger today or Venus was in retrograde or whatever... Saturday my run was enjoyable because I was with people I like, but my body was not loving it. Today I again ran with a friend, even longer mileage and it was fine and I almost canceled it due to Saturday's run being so bad. Both were long runs (I'm working up to a 50 miler). Who knows what the difference is?
