good CMT #24 - long run down the Morton - East Peoria Trail 12.67 mi 02:03 09:44 pace

Started a little later than planned, but the weather was still nice - low 70s with a light breeze. Used the Stick before heading out, then did 10 min slow jog warmup and 1:50 at easy pace, before "cooling" down for balance - cut it short because I arrived home and felt like stopping. Took my hydration belt (very necessary today) and a pack of Clif Shot Bloks (didn't need them). Stick on my sore calves at home!

This was the farthest I have run on the trail. I ran down a really long hill before I turned around before I was halfway finished. It was fun running back up that hill! Hope everyone has a great Saturday! Also hope these miles work for @Lulumellon!
