    Longest run I've done in a while and it was awesome. Such a wonderful feeling to be out on the roads before the sun is up, and finishing as the sun rides. Beautiful

    Humid as heck. Wanted to get in 8, but couldn't push myself past 6. Had to stop once to catch my breath and cool off for about a minute. Overall, not a good way to start marathon training

    Difficult to time this run because of the thunder & the rain. Managed to get in 5 miles before the sirens started going off. Hot and humid run, but at least it was cloudy out!
