    On vacation in CA, so I did my largest training run in the mountains and down through the coast. GORGOUES run, and pretty happy with how my body performed. Bring on the marathon!!!!

      I am just impressed that you really got up and got it done. I understand getting up early for a run, but 3 am is crazy early. Kudos to you. And hope you get some sleep on the flight.

    New personal best :) farthest distance with sub 10 minute miles... Considering I did 18 miles Saturday and walked the state fair yesterday... I am a pretty happy girl. Marathon is only 33 days away!!!
