    1 hour indoor training ride on the trainer, went good , did not have the computer hooked to the rear wheel so i just used the stop watch and spin for 1 hour.

    1/4 7.5 pace mile fast pace on the tread mill with 1/4 mile cool down and then back into the 1/4 fast , did this for 2.5 miles at work

      Nice job, Emmet! 281 back to Hastings is some of the worst shoulder in the state. 281 going north is not bad at all, so I would recommend riding this route the other direction.
