    #C25k W1D1 working towards #100VDay challenge (100 miles by valentines.) That's only about 2miles per day! Walk, run, or crawl, I'll do it!

    The breeze was heavenly! My body is pretty much back to normal from Body Pump on Saturday, so walking today was MUCH more enjoyable.

    Worked it! Felt great. Sweaty and happy. Best part is that I did it while my daughter ate lunch and watched. She kept saying "Moi song?" (more song!) after each routine. :)
