    Yuck, the Riverfront trail was covered in poo and mud today. But it was sunny and 20 degrees warmer than Sunday!

  17. Just saw an advertisement for "The Stick," a massage tool that has grip handles. It sells for $31 and up. I'll just "stick" with my awesome rolling pin, thank you very much!

      ok I have both (I got the Stick from Hrib) ITs awesome!! I dont know that I would pay 31$ for it, but its different than than the foam roller for sure.

      Emily - I have one..not sure what I paid for it. My kids have turned it into a weapon though, so I wish I didn't own it. I much prefer the trigger point roller...hurts. so. good.
