    3 mi run on the treadmill at lunch and a 45 min endurance spin class after work! Tuesdays are my best workout days!

    Awesome run in my new neighborhood! My first run outside longer than 5 miles in quite a while. Perfect weather & felt great but I definitely need new sneaks.

    Ran 2.5 mixed in with the stairmaster... 1.5 run, 20 mins stairs, 1 mile run. quick effective lunchtime gym workout.
