    Good run. A few weeks ago I could barely break 1:15 on this hill. This morning: 1:13; 1:11; 1:11; 1:10; 1:11; 1:12. "Ran" into the Dashers group, who were on an out-and-back from the Y.

      Nice work. I have that happen sometimes to with the weights. I think I'm scaling back to one lifting workout per week and not adding any more weight as I'm happy with how strong I am. Just maintenance at this point!

      Frank, I think my problem was that I increased weight on some exercises I haven't been doing very often: Weighted squats and adductor machine).
