    Solo this morning. This felt really good. New course record on this route, even on the steel bike. I got started about 4:20, and the traffic was so light I thought it must be a holiday!

      What dedication!! BTW, I've been training with tailwind for my major speedwork days and long runs...very happy with it so far--about 6 weeks of testing.

      Thanks, guys! Emily - I DO keep getting out earlier and earlier! Paul - I use TW just for long runs over about 2 hrs, and rides over about 3 hrs. For my last several marathons, it's all my nutrition.
