great Wednesday boxing workout 01:15

there was only one other person with me for Wednesdays boxing bootcamp workout which of meant plenty of work for me coach Walter started with a fast pace from the beginning and didn't let up, I was throwing punch combinations as fast as I could, then between my sets I got to do the box steps exercise, and hit the punching bags, Walter then had me punching and doing squats at the same time, then at the end I had to do the steps exercise, throw punch combinations at the same time, then I had to do steps,squats and throw punches as fast as I could until burnout what a great workout!
