great Interval ladders with LMJS Track Class 2.25 mi 00:17 07:33 pace

1 x 100 (:24), 200 (:45), 300, (1:17) 400 (1:45), 600 (2:50), 800 (3:58), and 1200 (5:59) with 100m untimed recoveries. This workout felt pretty easy, even though I'm accoustomed to longer recoveries. Great to have pace leaders and group motivation!
