I am in the East Bay of San Francisco area, almost 200 miles south of the fire but the smoke has been blown in heavily and has been very bad. Many outdoor events like high school football have been cancelled. The 49ers did play but did not play well!

Another blazing run and amazing finish, Mike. What a great location for a run. Steve Scott was here in Cumming GA for the Fast Pace 10K in October.

Steve did an easy 20:47 for the 5K. I think he was also planning on running the half-marathon the next day that was cancelled.

If you have a super light cold or your cold is mild, that means your immune system is in excellent shape(my theory).

I don't know about you but running seems to aggravate the coughing for me. Hope that's not the case for you and that you feel better soon.

This is through Samaritans Purse, you pack shoe boxes and they are sent to needy children around the world. My wife used to do it also, so first year I am doing alone.
