    No elevation gains here. A bit sore after physical therapy. Saw a ginormous bright Xmas display complete with searchlights piercing the night sky. Think "Griswold"

      Kaff..kaff... I read a research article about tight hamstrings some two years ago. It said that stretching does not help nor does icing. It said the solution was to strengthen the posture muscles that were putting the load onto the hamstrings. I suggest you try both doing what the PT suggested and also what the article suggested. Too bad your PT did not evaluate your muscular dynamics but trotted out this obsolete advice.

    Had a hard time finding my bike lock in the garage. Fortunately I remembered the lock combination.

  17. How may running shoes do you have? I've got 2 active pair that I alternate; 1 racing pair; 2 pair in box unused; one pair for bike riding; and 4 pair used shoes kept for walking and casual use.
