    Long run with Bruce out to the Shoreline Trail loop around the salt ponds. Pesky brisk wind in our faces for the first several miles, but at our backs after that. Pretty tired at end.

    It was awesome on the San Francisco Bay Trail with views of bridges, piers, the bay and the ocean. Always sobering to run a difficult trail run after running easy flat 5k's.
