    40 and clear at 6 AM - perfect! Nice little 5K to start the week. Slowly building back up, 4 days on the skeds this week, then back to my normal 5-day run week next week.

  15. Workout #1 with my son Casey, treadmill training for the Gingerbread Man Mile Kids Run: 0.56 mi / 11:28, 20:47 pace. He ran .25, walked .12, ran .12, walked .06 - a good first run for a 6 year old!

  16. On his request, I signed up my 6 year-old for the Gingerbread Man Mile being held on Black Friday, 11/23. Told him this morning that tomorrow we start training...Eye of the Tiger, kid.

    Easy treadmill run. No residual soreness from MCM. Plan is to recover and slowly build back, in prep for a New Years Eve 10K. 127 miles for October; 1273 miles in 2012 so far.
