    treadmill : 1k warm up , 2k fast ( 16k/hour) , .5k easy, 1k fast, .5k warm down. keeping the legs moving before a race on saturday.

    Hilly ride ( for England) with 2000M of climbing. It alternated between raining and snowing , required 2 cafe stops to thaw out.

      Thanks Jerry, sat with a take away and a bottle of wine it all seems worth while, not looking forward to the 4 hour drive to royal pavilion at 6am though...

      Nice looking route Dave - i struggle to get 200m of climbing in! Think I am going to have to travel further with my bike to find some decent hills. I was sat on the M1 yesterday for 4 hrs - this looks more fun!
