  1. RUN
    good 6.33 mi 01:04 10:08 pace

Group run this morning with the Sheboygan County Shoreland Striders Running Club (boy that's a mouthful). Only 3 of us this morning, but nice to have some company and motivation to get out there.

  2. RUN
    good 3.01 mi 00:28 09:16 pace

    Lunch trail run.

  3. RUN
    blah 26.16 mi 05:34 12:46 pace

Didn't have a good prep going into this and it showed. Started out solid on the first half (2:15 at 13 miles). Started cramping in my quads about mile 16. Started having IT band tightness pull... read more

  4. RUN
    good 4.01 mi 00:41 10:06 pace

Took advantage of the nice fall weather again and did a quick 4 at lunch. Everything felt pretty ok which is better than what my big toe felt yesterday. Probably over-reacting, but didn't want... read more

  5. RUN
    good 3.5 mi 00:36 10:21 pace

Snuck out for a midday run because I could not ignore this last beautiful day before it turns to crap weather.

  6. RUN
    good 10.01 mi 01:47 10:42 pace

Slow run in the fall sun. My knee had been wonky since last Saturday night (thanks House of Pain--Jump Around). Took it slow on purpose and several short walk breaks. For the most part everything f... read more

I think people ride for more than 45 seconds, even indoors.

It's 45 minutes. Doesn't matter. I didn't like it. Tweaked my knee jumping around at a wedding on Saturday night.

Funny, now that I read it again, I realized it's HH:MM. I don't like it either, but... I get to watch a lot of trashy TV while doing so. Not that that's actually a god thing.

  9. RUN
    alright 16.01 mi 03:51 14:27 pace

I wanted to do a trail run for two reasons. First, to mix things up. Second, to prove to myself that I wasn't ready to do a longer trail run right now. Succeeded. About 12 miles in, I could fe... read more

Runners think strange things, "I'll go be miserable in the woods so I know not to do a race" haha! Good time on the legs though!

I originally was wanting to do the Northface ECS this weekend (50k) or the race on this same trail next weekend. Dumb to do with a marathon on Nov 1. The next two weekends the leaves should look pretty.

    great 13.1 mi 02:02 09:18 pace

2 minute PR! I was on pace to be sub-2, but the last two hills did me in. I did sprint the last stretch (6:40 pace for the last .1 mile). It was humid and warm. 4th time doing this race. It's ... read more

It's not easy, but since I slept like crap last night, it didn't happen this morning. 3 was all I could squeeze in. Better than nothing.

    good 9.3 mi 01:29 09:36 pace

    good 20 mi 03:43 11:09 pace

  17. RUN
    good 18.01 mi 03:13 10:42 pace
