    Started at 9:10 AM, at the polo field, did 7 laps (each lap is about 1.7K), I hammered it on the last one, did 6:58. A total of 61:38 in about 11.9K. Thanks to God. Great scenery.

    It was cloudy , so went out at 3:30 PM , ran for 50 minutes incorporating 5 strides. Was running easy. Felt really good.
