      Joe and IIona, thanks for your motivation. I have not been able to do any jogging since I'm still fighting the blisters on my toes. I thinks I will give it a try next week if all goes well.

    Working in Lake Bluff today but managed to walk 2.5 miles to lake Michigan and back. It was very hard walking up from the lake to the bluff!
