    The 6 a.m. class is hard. But I'm super sore today, 24 hours + later, so I did something right. Burpees and more burpees! Yay!

    It felt really good to do some laps after taking a 5 month break from swimming. Yup... the last time I swam was back in September during my last tri. For some reason a snowy day drives me to the pool.
