    First time out to the ponds in a while. This beautiful place is still devastated from the Sept. floods and a lot of trails are still rough and/or closed. I want this place back!

    Easy taper miles and my legs are feeling heavy. Thank goodness for taper time. I'm ready! Threw in about 8 x 100ish strides to wake up the muscle fibers. I did finally rouse them, a tad.

      This is my 4th straight. Every time I say I'll take it easy in the hills and them pick back up. I never have anything left to pick the pace back up after.

    The pool was crazy busy when I got there which makes it hard to focus, but I got it done. Put the ear buds in and tuned it all out!
