    Doing some isolated strength exercises for a while to try and strengthen my hamstrings along with some stretching for better flexibility. :)

    Considering I ran with a sore (still recovering) hamstring, I'm happy that I was able to run and finish. It was great seeing some of my DM friends. I look forward to the next race. :)

      Oh no, I'm so sorry to read about your injury! I hope you recover quickly. Only advice I can give is RICE (rest, ice, compression, and elevation). Hope you're up and going before next Saturday. :o)
