    Went for a liesurely jaunt around the East Village. Amazing weather out today! I probably should've run longer, but paranoia from being on-call and not having my phone got the best of me.

    The plan was to get in a relaxing run up to the NYRR office to get my number for the 4 mile race on Saturday. This drastically changed once I realized I didn't have my Metrocard to get home.

    I felt like crap on the run this morning. I just couldn't get it in gear. Add to that my Garmin telling me my 1st mile was 10 mins+ which is totally not accurate. Makes for a blah run.

      When I first got my Garmin, the firmware was buggy, and it would throw bogus speeds. So my record pace was 116120.6 mph. Escape velocity from earth is only 5320 mph.

    Felt great getting out today!
    The weather was perfect for a run. A lot of people out running too(compared to my 30> Runs).
