      yes! what a great run! i feel like you had just decided from the get-to that it was going to hurt and it didn't even matter. you were driven. how satisfying to reel people in and not let them pull away. that's a killer fast last mile for the whole race. ouch. the work has been working. all those bricks and transition runs you've been doing. so funny about the speedos too haha... congratulations on a great day! season is off to a strong start!
