Well, once again the pool Gods were not kind to Gerryl & I today. Upon arriving to the Colony Nat for a late lunch swim a handwritten note said "No Public Swim Today".

It's cocktail hour somewhere. I swam a few times in Jan at 5:30 AM in the Colony Aquatics Center. Didn't know it existed til Coach told me to go to the team clinic.

That's a shame- the YMCA pool now has a billion classes and teams, so it's crowded many days now, so I know how you're feeling! At least you got in a nice ride! :)

Jeff -- it's a great pool, usually open M-F from 12:30-2pm for lap swimming; Sat 11-2. I go there or the Frisco Nat. I like that they're both warm versus the cold water at Lifetime, eek.

Just a short morning ride with Gerryl before a long work day. Wind was a little brisk but, when the sun is shining brightly it seems to buffer that a bit. Happy to get this in before a hectic day!

Seriously. I'm ALL for skipping February altogether. I would give up my own birthday celebration and Valentine's Day for it. Closer to warmth and more light. What petition do we sign? So exciting about the business. Always a good thing. And yay for the ride!!
