    the workout went great. i maxed out on deadlift at 315 pounds, which is the most i have done on that exercise

    the workout went pretty good. i have been able to increase the weight on my lifts which keeps me wanting to do more

    Internet has been down so we haven't been able to get on daily mile. I ran the 5k today and it went very well, i did my best time today shaving off 30 seconds off my best time.
