    I started out fast!! Probably too fast, because by mile 10 my legs were hurting. But I was able to keep my pace pretty well and finish strong.

    Hot, hot, hot! After the bike, I walked 1/2 mile to get my land legs back, and the whole workout felt really good. Tomorrow, a swim!
