good Easy late morning run 5.5 km 31:38

At 11 am i went out because it had been raining earlier. Did the same route as yesterday but farther and faster, basically got to the Italia street light imtersection, and back, negative split for 26 seconds. Felt dead in the second half , but my legs feel fresh. Glad that i ran!! Still caughing but much better!
