This morning was not motivated to run, but knew that I had to get it in, so after work, it was raining light, but that did not matter, I was going to run no matter what! Around 7 p.m. I headed out to the conservatory and did 6 laps relaxed, took splits, laps were 6:03,5:59,5:57,5:57,5:56,5:54 to finish the 8.5k in 50:46. The laps were very even and I felt very relaxed, but felt tired, maybe its the long day at work, since the tiredness is not running related, is like the whole body is heavier than in the morning. In the conservatory were only around 5-6 people, the evening was ugly because it was raining for the majority of people, for me it was great, fresh air and the conservatory basically all to myself, I love those peacefull runs, no dodging walkers!!Glad that I got this run in and I am keeping consistency, however, this evening runs are not sustainable, tomorrow is morning running!!
