      Great job, Marcela. Haven't seen you on here in a long time. Just keep on putting one foot in front of the other. The side-stitches will fade.

      As to that - yeah, funny, I ran 20 out of the last 30 days and have gained five pounds. Weird, the army now considers me to be "overweight."
