    Nice run! I usually taper for a half, less miles at a lower intensity and not as many workouts. Good luck!

    Yes, I just did a gradual two week taper for my 1/2 today. It really made a difference; I think we often go to races on the verge of being "over-trained". "Over training" is a real problem for athletes working up to a race. Enjoy your tapper!
