Good run with 2 friends who usually do trail running. I needed to run and push my ass hard to get a good pace in this run and be also able to release tension within myself.
This training was great, not only we ran, but we talked about many issues such as the demonstrations taking place today in Barcelona, ​​the races we were going to do, people in general and our obligations at work and all this running at a fast pace, or at least that seemed to me.
We ran 7 km until we reached a fountain, and then turning back to where we had the cars, and on that stretch of route, I tried to overtake Joan and also Jordi for a few minutes, but they didn't let me run faster than them.....:((((((
They had always to demonstrate to me than they are stronger than me,,,,jajajaja....I need to keep training..They are really good runner's men.
In the end, I could finally relax myself after having a cold shower and eat something...Now at work!!
