    Took 3rd in my age group. Little bit of chop makes for a fun race. :)

      Well the test was flat, uphill and downhill. They are studying the effects of barefoot running and if it's ok for flat and uphill only considering a majority turn to a heal strike on downhill increasing impact. I did it so for fun and to get the results of my biomechanics while running. :)

  6. Well last minute change to the suit for the bridge swim. The other one I planned on wearing is illegal. So American flag Speedo was purchased last night and was shipped today! Merica!!

      Sunday the 20th. The 10k swim starts from the Gulf Breeze side at 0700. The 5k swim starts at 730 from the Pensacola side.

      They offered up a 25k. Its a test swim and only 50 are allowed. I dont think one person signed up lol

  8. Woohoo. I get to to play and get paid to workout at the Andrews Institute for the next 2 weeks.
