    Ran everything consistently at 1:37 per 400 until the last two which I picked up a bit. 200, 400, 800, 1200, 800, 400, 200. Still being cautious - pushing it small bits.

    Uh oh.... someone is starting to feel like a runner again. Ran on feel, without knowing my pace, pleasantly surprised to see what it was when I got home.

    No idea really. Warmed up, did a workout with cleats on that stressed changing directions, strides/acceleration, and lateral movement. Then cooled down. I will call it 3 because I have no idea.
