    did too much yesterday so had to slow it a bit today. i should know better... especially when trying to avoid stress fractures this time!

    Probably did a bit too much (even though it was only a jog) for my first day of getting back on track. But gotta get my butt moving Tufts is only 5 1/2 months away!!!!!
