    alright Easy in house belt 5 mi

    not as nice out as it was yesterday.. So the belt it is. Took it nice and easy just getting in the miles before my long run tomorrow. Felt pretty tight so I hope this goes away before my long run

      Long solo runs can definitely be boring at times so you have to find a good place for the run or more so for your mind so you dont think about the distance and time... and of course you are never alone when you are out there ;-) ... Great long run!
