    Well now I'm grounded, bad swimmers ear, hopefully I can get back in water tomorrow. On a higher note, biked 10 miles straight, pain was low, now need to build back my power.

    Getting better, leg, quad hurts a little, but not too bad. Increasing everyday. Going to call doctor about veins in my leg.
