Only the 3rd ride post accident. Best by far! Reasonable distance AND pace (see the other ride posts - I've been updating DM with past workouts). Feeling encouraged that maybe, just maybe I will eventually be back to normal! Thanks SO much fellow DMers for all the motivation and not letting me get too far off track!
