    Ran 4 laps as a "warm up" then did 200m pick ups (200m fast, 200m slow). I managed 6 of those pick up laps before my body reminded me that I am far, far from running fit. Whew!

      I'm doing more hypertrophy (mass building) training. 8-12 reps, 4 sets. I was doing 5x5 with heavier weights for a while but that was kind of hard to maintain. I don't gain weight all that easily and I'm naturally pretty lean (otherwise known as a "hard gain" lifter), but I'm also not trying to become "big." Just a little big-ger.
