    Did a Les Mills body pump workout (Pump and Burn) then hopped on the dreadmill for 2 miles. It's almost summer!!

    Dang I hate getting on the cycling trainer but time is limited and that includes no sunlight. You got to get it in somehow.

    Tried out the new Les Mills Combat at home. It's mixed with Muay Thai, boxing, kick boxing, karate. It was a sweaty blast.
