  1. RUN
    alright MoT 6.1 mi 01:07 11:00 pace

Aside from the humidity, I felt pretty great this morning. Much more awake than the previous two. That being said the day went all downhill from there. Damn construction and accidents.

  2. RUN
tired Kirk Hills 5 mi 00:55 11:04 pace

So hard to roll out of bed instead of rolling over and hitting the snooze button. As usual, I'm glad I did. I figure all this sleep running will be useful in my upcoming 24HR race.

  3. RUN
    good MoT 6 mi 01:04 10:39 pace

Approx. time based on still being asleep and forgetting to restart my Garmin. Clearly I was still sleeping this morning while running.

I felt the same way. I was on auto pilot and I missed a turn on a route I have ran at least a hundred times. Nice run though!

    So humid...per usual.

  7. RUN
    MoT 4.7 mi 00:55 11:42 pace

Shortened version of our regular route as both of us are getting back to ramping up mileage. So many spider webs!!!

  8. RUN
tired Out and Back 3 mi 00:29 09:37 pace

Dragging cement blocks for legs and feeling super clunky, but the last mile felt as if some of the rust was being shaken off.

  9. RUN
good Can's Lakewood Ranch Loop 3 mi 00:33 10:59 pace

    The Florida humidity is CRAZY!!!

  10. RUN

good Burning River 50 Mile 50 mi 13:40 16:23 pace

Phew! What a TOUGH race! The first 38 miles flew past and I felt amazing. Then the steep climbs and steep downhills started. And the rocks and the roots seemed to grow to epic sizes and grabbed... read more

How did I miss this?! That's superb! Congratulations! I too know the feeling of reducing the world to "left foot, right foot". Well done for pushing through.
