      Not this time, I can't get that block of days off. I'm also in horrid shape and am beginning to claw my way back. Slow going, my knee is really giving me trouble.

    Rode with my freind Mike through Eastatoee Valley. Lots of hills and a couple of challenging climbs. Felt ok but a bit fatigued from the windy ride Wednesday.

    Rode with my dad today. He was a bit weak due to having given blood but he rode well and toughed it out. We had a good ride anyway.

    This was the strongest ride so far since dropping my weight. I felt great and climbed stronger than ever! Beat my personal record for this loop by over fifteen minutes.

    Rode some easy miles with my freinds Jamie and Hayley as Hayley trains up on the bike. I remember those days of just starting out, don't miss it!

    Evie and I went to ride the swamp rabbit trail together and she did great while I got to burn some easy calories and build seat-time.

    Rode really fast for the first 27 miles with the fast group and then faded a bit, but felt good and continued only slightly slower the rest of the way. Climbing was good.
