    Getting used to running outside again so taking it easy. Beautiful February morning. Oh wait, it's April. Still I'm happy to be off the treadmill so no complaints!

      Oh my! I got to tell you that it was so warm and muggy outside this morning that a beautiful February morning sounds great. Well, ok, a beautiful Florida February morning would sound great. Hang in there warmer weather is coming your way. And cooler weather will be coming my way in about 8 months.

    Ahh, so wonderful to get outside today! The gravel bike trail was really wet and mushy. Definitely a pretty nice (soft!) surface to run on, but couldn't really get any speed going.
