    6x800 with a hammer. Warm up mile in 11:15. Splits were 4:07/4:06/4:05/4:01/3:58/4:13. Walked the 2 minute recoveries in between. 10 minute cool down. So much math to do for this workout!

      I’ve been thinking about my HR as well. At spin class she had us go to our max for a few minutes and I couldn’t believe how much it kicked my butt. Trying to apply it to my own workouts but it tires me for the whole day afterward!
